Job Description:

The Artistic Company is seeking talented Sales Executives to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our organization, leveraging your expertise in creative agency-based sales to effectively engage clients and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target prospective clients in need of creative agency services, including branding, marketing, advertising, and design solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
    • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiation efforts with clients to secure contracts.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or design services.
  • Strong understanding of creative industry landscape, trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey value proposition effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
